These Promotional Terms outline the rules applicable to promotional offers available on the VESKANO website, including the email subscription welcome offer. By using any discount or promotional code, you agree to these Promotional Terms.

1. 10% Off First Order — Email Subscription Offer

New customers receive a 10% discount on their first order after subscribing to our email list.

  • This offer applies only to the first order placed by a new customer.
  • After subscribing, the discount code will be sent to the email address provided.
  • The discount code must be entered before checkout is completed.
  • The welcome offer is limited to one use per customer, household, or email address.

2. Applicability

  • The offer is valid only for online orders placed through veskano.com.
  • The discount applies only to eligible items in the shopping cart at checkout.
  • The discount does not apply to gift cards, where applicable, shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or previously completed orders.
  • Sale-priced, clearance, or specially marked items may be excluded unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or in the promotional email.

3. How the Offer Works

  • Unless otherwise stated, the discount is calculated based on the eligible merchandise subtotal, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
  • The discount code must be entered manually at checkout unless the promotional email explicitly states that the discount will be applied automatically.
  • If an order is returned or cancelled, the discount may be recalculated. Any refund will be based on the amount actually paid and will remain subject to our applicable Return Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Combining Offers

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the 10% first-order discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, store points, or concurrent promotional offers.
  • Only one discount code may be applied to each order.

5. Validity and Changes

  • The validity period of the discount code will be stated in the promotional email, such as 14 or 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • If no validity period is specified, the discount code will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Expired, invalid, or previously used discount codes will not be accepted.
  • VESKANO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time.
  • Orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for before a promotion is modified, suspended, or terminated will remain unaffected.

6. Abuse and Risk Control

If we reasonably suspect misuse or abuse of a promotional offer, including repeatedly claiming first-order discounts through multiple accounts or email addresses, using irregular payment information, or otherwise attempting to circumvent promotional restrictions, VESKANO reserves the right to cancel the affected order, void the applicable discount, restrict participation in future promotions, or take other reasonable action necessary to protect the integrity of the promotion.

7. Shipping, Customs, and International Orders

  • Promotional discounts generally do not apply to shipping costs.
  • Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees associated with international orders.
